Product Introduction:
Sodium acetate is colorless transparent or white crystal particles, can be weathered in the air, flammable. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol, insoluble in ether. Water of crystallization is lost at 123℃. But usually the wet one has an acetic acid taste. Hydrolysis occurs in water.

Product Application:
Sodium acetate is used as a buffer of flavoring agent and meat preservative in food production. Control the stickiness caused by fungi in bread production and the preservation of grains with high water content; this product can also be used as textile printing and dyeing auxiliary (mordant), buffer for photographic industry, chemical reagents and pharmaceutical intermediates ; Sodium acetate can also be used as a raw material for the synthesis of organic chemical products such as acetate, chloroacetic acid and cinnamic acid.
