Product Description:

Polyferric Sulfate (PFS)

Polyferric Sulfate (PFS), represented as [Fe₂(OH)ₙ(SO₄)₃−n/₂]ₘ in chemical terms, serves as an inorganic polymeric coagulant extensively utilized in water and wastewater treatment applications.

It is produced through the polymerization of ferric sulfate (Fe₂(SO₄)₃) in carefully controlled conditions, resulting in a high-molecular-weight compound with superior coagulation capabilities.

As a cost-effective and eco-friendly substitute for traditional coagulants such as aluminum sulfate (alum) or ferric chloride, PFS has become increasingly prominent in both industrial and municipal water treatment operations.
